Vegan Club

I love a good sandwich! This is a delicious version of a vegan club sandwich.
I tried the Tofurkey Italian deli “meat” and it’s really quite nice on this but completely optional if you don’t care for soy products. The veggies alone are fantastic.

Ingredients:
-toasted whole wheat bread
-spicy mustard
-veganaise
-sliced cucumber
-sliced avocado
-sliced tomato
-sliced red onion
-lettuce
-sliced banana peppers (or jalapeños if you like it hot!)
– and a couple slices of Tofurkey.

-hummus, Daiya cheese, hummus, beets, shredded carrots, etc would be great or this too. Just use your favorite ingredients.

Just pile all these ingredients high on your bread and enjoy the sandwich!
