Vegan Brat Sandwich

Here’s a quick post for one of those nights you need something almost instant.
I was so excited when I saw my local Publix selling Fieldroast vegan sausages!!! I bought the apple and sage sausage as well as the Italian. If they had the maple breakfast sausages (the BEST ones) I would have bought those too! Anyway, I was able to make a super quick & easy lunch with these, sauerkraut, spicy mustard, and rolls. It was very good. All I did was brown the sausages in a pan then I warmed the rolls in the pan too. I applied the toppings and done!

My husband & I enjoyed these… If only we had had a large beer to go with them!
