Kale chips

My mom asked me how I made my kale chips today – so, mom, here it is!

Ingredients:
-1 bunch kale washed and torn off stalk
-1 Tbs olive oil or jus use oil spray
-salt
– Mrs. Dash seasoning (I think I used the table blend)

Directions:
– preheat oven to 350
– shake kale with oil -to coat- in Tupperware or a bag
(You could also just spray the pan and the top of the kale after you place it on the pan)
– arrange kale on a large baking sheet so they are not layered on one another
– bake for 10 minutes or until crisp but not too brown
