It’s a Vegan Baptism!

We had my son’s baptism at our house a couple weeks ago. We asked the Reverend who married us (4 years ago) to perform the ceremony. We invited our family to join us making it a very special day!
I decided to cook and prepare all the food we would serve our guests after the baptism – you know, food really makes a celebration a celebration! Plus, I wanted all the food to be vegan. I prepared cinnamon buns, banana cake with peanut butter frosting, stuffed mushrooms, black & white cupcakes, date and nut bon bons, decadent biscotti served along side coffee, raw cranberry bliss bars, vegan chorizo sausage & polenta bites, spinach & artichoke dip, 2,000 island dressing for dipping veggies in, a beautiful veggie platter, and fresh grapes. Everything was SO delicious and all our guests seemed to really enjoy the spread of delectable snacks.

Here are some photos that were taken that day!
