Fruit Salad

Here’s an inspiration post for a quick & easy lunch. Fruit salad! I made a huge one and some crackers with almond butter and sliced bananas (it was like eating banana pudding!)

My fruit salad in this picture has:
Coconut, oranges, watermelon, pineapple, mango, cucumbers, with a squeeze of lime juice. I did not add zest from oranges or the lime but that is so good & good for you- so I totally recommend it!
