Avocado Toast

This isn’t really a recipe as much as it is a delicious idea for breakfast or a snack. Avocado toast is rich & satisfying and I really love it. The best part is that it’s vegan!

Ingredients:
-1/2 ripe avocado
-1 toasted English muffin or 2 slices of toast
-1 Tbs hulled hemp seeds
-Salt & pepper is optional- I didn’t feel the need to add any to my breakfast.

Just spread the ripe avocado onto both pieces of toast and sprinkle with hemp seeds.

Serve with your favorite greens or sliced tomato.
